useful when working with FreeMiNT as well as little applications

mintbind.header
Description: The file `mintbind.header' is an adapted version of
`mintbind.h' as delivered with the MiNTLib. It reflects
new opcodes to system calls. Please note that if system
calls are realised as real functions and not as macros
you may have to patch your library to use new features.
In general only the macros for the GNU compiler get
	             updated.
