positron@engin.umich.edu (Jonathan Scott Haas) writes about tipping the
waitress:
> It's not even possible to pay for your hamburger.

I have paid for my hamburger and tipped the waiter. (Not the waitress.)
The waiter actually thanked me, although it wasn't easy for him. <g>

The waitress called me later and said that I should have given the money
directly to her. So naturally I wondered how.

Did someone finish the game without tipping either of the food service
people?

Thanks.
James
