a few questions.

1) is the TADS system usable by non-programming types? could i download
the thing and write my own game if i don't know diddly about programming?
where is it located?

2) i'm left wondering what the difference is supposed to be between
rec.arts.int-fiction and rec.games.int-fiction.... ?
