If you want to vote you MUST use the ballot, just like everybody else.
There are voting rules regarding explicit votes and the like which the
ballot fulfills, among other things.  I am happy to take any and all
yes or no votes (the more the merrier), but I've had to bounce several
"Hi, I vote for/against splitting the adventure discussion into a pc
adventure group.  This is the right address, I hope" messages back to
their senders after the ballot counter choked on them.  I also sent
these people the CFV and ballot so they could vote, but this is not
within my responsibilities, and if I get flooded with invalid votes
this may stop.
