I received it.  In fact, there are five issues of it (lying in a rather
messy pile) beside my computer.  However, I believe that I've lost some
over the years *Sigh*.

If anyone cares, take a look at Winter/Spring 1988 (Vol VII, No. 1) for
my letter to the editor.  (If you do read it, forgive me, I was young.)
