It's a classic piece of over decorated Victorian architecture. It looks a bit
like a wedding cake in stone. As I recall it has a statue of Prince Albert
sitting underneath, but I might be thinking of some other Victorian monstrosity.

It's not one of my favourite pieces of architecture, and from the stick it gets
I don't think it's many other people's favourite piece either.
