I have played the Zork trilogy for a long time, on and off, mainly on
a Commodore 64. I have legal copies but would like to be able to play
them on my IBM pc.

I would be happy to buy the LTOI by Activision but I would like to know if
these games suffer from copy protection. Basically I want to stick them on
hard disk and forget the floppies - unless I need to rebuild the drive. This
problem didn't arise on my C64 because I didn't have a hard disk.

The other problem with copy protection is replacement floppies if a floopy
goes bung. What is Activision's policy ?

Can anyone help ?

Thanks in advance

Barry Allebone
