Let's clarify: Only the BASIC versions (and the therefrom extracted data
files that Volker mentions) are in the PD. These BASIC programs have been
published in a book and a magazine respectively, and are thus implicitly
(if not explicitly) in the PD. But this is NOT true for any commercial
versions, and certainly not for any of the other games.
