Subject: LTOI Zork Zero: where's the parchment?

I've bought LTOI the first, CD version if it makes any difference,
and in the game Zork Zero it refers to a scrap of parchment that
was included with the game. In typical fashion, the game implies
that you're a pirate if you don't have it.

Well, I've looked all over the place and I can't find it. The Calendar
for 883 GUE appears in the book under Zork Zero, as does the indispensible
map of the construction site (got the hat!!). But no parchment. Now it
looks as though I won't be able to finish the game.

I've registered my copy, and if my package is missing something I'm sure
I can whine to the appropriate authorities, but I don't even know where
it's supposed to be. Is the book missing a page? Was it supposed to be
thrown in as a separate sheet, like the maps? Is it perhaps on the same
page as the map for another game, so I would have missed it?

Any help is appreciated!
