I also like the change the author has made in his system for entering the key of a registered user. Perhaps an example is in order for the befenit of the users. This is the key line I now have in my config.sys (this goes on one line, but I have wrapped here for readability). device=c:\sys\lastbyte.sys Physical=82C302 EXCLUDE=D000:64 NAME=FirstName_LastName KEY=mykey Of course the users will have to apply CHIPSET.EXE to find the proper parameter for "Physical" since it varies from system to system. Most users will probably not need the EXCLUDE which I have lest the Telnet on my PC and Lastbyte collide. Here is another example line from my config.sys DEVICE=c:\sys\highdrvr.sys c:\sys\vdisk.sys 7168 128 512 /e And a line from my autoexec.bat loading the CED command line editor high. c:\sys\hightsr c:\dos\ced -B384,128,512,128,128 -fc:\ced.cfg None of the upper memory shareware managers I have seen are trivial to use, so much patience and time may be required when trying out them the first time.
