This is a package that can be used for editing any missXXX.dat file of the game
Battle Isle II/2200 by Blue Byte. By using these tools, you will be able to:

	- change the size ( rows and columns ) of any map
	- change the terrain of any map
	- change the objects of any map
	- add/delete or change units of any map
	- add/delete or change players of any map
	- change the unit list that can be produced in the factories, airports
	  and shipyards of any map
	- add/delete or change the containers ( units carrying other units,
	  shipyards, airports, factories and so on ) listed in any map

You will be not able to ( so far ):

	- change the sequence of rain/snow/sun etc... of the map ( but you can
	insert into your map any existing weather sequence from other maps)
	- change the objectives of the map ( when played into campaign mode )
	- insert any special event like reinforcements and so on
