Verbose descriptor: This is an empire like game where each player start
with one city and a few armies. It is turn based but all players move 
simultaneously during each turn so up to 5 players can play without
players having to sit and wait for 80% of the time. There is only text 
graphics and the players 2 to 5 are connected with a vt100 terminal 
(or emulator) to to the serial ports of a PC.
