To set basic System configuration options, click the "Security Assistant" link at the bottom left on the Configuration Utility, System Configuration tab.
To set basic User Security options, click the "Security Assistant" link at the bottom left on the Configuration Utility, User Configuration tab.
To create a security group, select Wizard from the menu, then select "Run Group Security Configuration Wizard."
To create a new user, select Wizard from the menu, then select "Run User Configuration Wizard."
To configure security for the computer, select Wizard from the menu, then select "Run Setup Wizard."
To configure one of five default security profiles, select the group you wish to modify, then select Options, then "Set Default Group Security"
To find a user in the Group/User tree, select Options, then Users, then Find, or right click the mouse in the tree and select Find, or press F3.
To set security policies (both those handled by Windows as well as those handled by The Lock) for a group, select the group from the tree, then click the Policy tab.
To set password policies for a group, select the desired group, then click the Custom tab.  Password settings options are at the bottom of the page.
To set logon restrictions for a group, select the desired group, then click the Logon tab. Users can be configured for logon based on the time of day, and may also be restricted to a set length of time during their logon session.
To configure file and folder access for a group, select the desired group, then click the Folders tab.  
To configure programs the user may or may not access, select the desired group, then click the Programs tab.  There are options to restrict program access (for restricting access to programs, or to program features), as well as an Allowed Only list (used to specify the programs a user is allowed to run.)
To configure which systems a user may log into, select the desired group, then click the Systems tab.  Either specify a list of computer that the user may access, or create a list of computers the user may not access.
To restrict internet access for users, configure the group security Policy settings for internet access on the Policy tab.
