This subdirectory contains VMS help for the August 1990 DECUS TeX
Collection and various documentation files. There are two help
libraries in this directory:

	DECUS_TEX.HLB	(built by MAKE_TEX_HLB.COM)
	TEXMISC.HLB	(built by MAKE_TEXMISC_HLB.COM)

TEX.HLB contains help for the TeX Collection. Once TEX.HLB exists,
you should define the system logical name HLP$LIBRARY to point to the
file. Then just say "HELP".

TEXMISC.HLB is a help file I put together to hold random information
about TeX. The contents don't belong in TEX.HLB.
