This is release of MySQL, a basically free (se the PUBLIC file and the
licensing node of the FAQ) SQL database server.

For installation instructions se the INSTALL-SOURCE and INSTALL-BINARY
files. For tips on how to port MySQL to new machines se the PORTING
file.

For examples of SQL select queries from a internal testsuite se the
EXAMPLE file (Some comments is in swedish). The complete description
of the syntax is in the FAQ.

For future plans se the TODO file.

New features/bugfixes history is in the NEWS file.

may be omitted. Bugs reported othervise may be silently igored if not
