                      WSTTCP 1.0

  What is WSTTCP?

This program is a benchmarking tool for measuring TCP and UDP performance
between two systems. This is modified from TTCP to support Windows NT
and Windows95. So the function is almost same as TTCP. It can also
communicate with TTCP. So you can measure the performance between UNIX
system and Windows sytem if you have TTCP. TTCP is in the public domain,
and copies are available from many anonymous FTP sites.

This program is executed in Command Window. It's usage is same as TTCP.
This has many options like TTCP. If you type only "wsttcp", you can
see all the options and some explanations.

This doesn't provide the information about the CPU time because I can't
find the function which provide it. In UNIX, there is 'getrusage()'.
