Where are some of the better places to fly in Michigan. I have been to
several places along Lake Michigan, and have had a lot of fun. Are there any
good inland areas?

I'm a Michigander living in GR, working in Holland. Although I love to fly
at Ottawa beach and Grand Haven, when in GR I like to stunt at the Calvin
College athletic field. It's located on higher ground and there's ample
kiting space! However, it'll never compare to the shoreline for its
stable, steady, constant winds! I consider the Lake MIchigan beaches to be
kiting heaven.
