Subject: KITE FESTIVAL IN OCTOBER - NJ?

Can anyone confirm whether there is going to be a Kite Festival on Oct.
28th at Mercer County Park, in New Jersey?   I read about it somewhere,
but cannot confirm this event with the local park commission.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
