The Kite Festival in Lenexa, KS is scheduled for April 26, 27 & 28, 1996. It is rated by 
the American Kite Circuit as a National event and Sanctioned by the AKA and Ranked by 
the SWSKC. It will be held at Shawnee Mission Park. If you would like more information
