Stacking stunters _makes_ them to fly slower. Some teams 
(e.g. X Flashback's stacked Big Brothers) has used it on 
purpose to slow down their equipment. 

Because you have more lift you could try adjusting the 
bridle "lower" (down, towards tail) than when you fly only 
kite. But don't expect to get the same speed than with
one kite.
