I like the Eastern League News, too.  They cover mostly events that 
take place on the east coast, but have other articles of general
interest and do provide a nicely done picture of kiting overall.  The
title is misleading; this newsletter has evolved into a 20+ page
mini mag with some great info, pics, tips, and interviews.
