Subject: World Cup in Lkakes Entrance

The Lakes Entrance Kite festival runs from this weekend (10th Nov) to the
next with the Australian Championships first anfd the World Cup on the
following weekend. Look for results and a report here on Monday of the
next two weeks. We are expecting great flying weather after a few days of
solid rain. Michael Alvares has really fired up the children in the
schools in the area and kites are being flown all around town.

Hi all, I went down to Lakes Entrance last Friday, and took a bunch of photos, which
are now on the AKA home page, at http://netscape.net.au/~peterbat/index.html
I've started in a new job at RMIT, so I won't be able to get down to Lakes again
during the festival, but other members of the AKA are going to supply me with heaps
of photos.

Cheers, Peter
