‘Batch Printing v1.0' is very simple and flexible because it is designed so well that one can find it very easy to use. It has 4 major Section.

Select Files:
'Select Files' is 1st Section where you have to specify the files which you want to Print. The same section has all needful settings such as ‘Number Of Copies', 'Printer Setting', 'Serch Directory/Folder' and some other 'General Setting' such as ‘Sheduler'. See Fig. 1.4.

Adding Files: To add there are many Option you can scan Full disk to add the file of your choice, first selct the drive you want to search and click the ‘Search full Directeries' Button, if You Want to select files from foldr you can use the other option to select file from foldre, to add some file from a folder you can use ‘OPEN' button at the bootom of the main form, you can also add the file by Drag and Drop.
Removing Files: To remove single file from 'Result Box', just select that file and press 'Clear Selected' button or Press the Delete Key. If you want to remove all files from Result Box just press 'Clear' button.
Printer Setting: You can change printer settings to print the document as per your requirement you can select any printer if you are working on a network. See Fig. 1.5.

Searching/Printing : You can stop/pause searching or printing any time.
Sheduler: By using Sheduler You can Print any number of file at any day or any time Just select the date and enter the time when you want to print your file. Then Press ‘Add to List' Button to add your time in the sheduler then Press ‘Save/Close' Button' to save your date/time and option and close the sheduler. you can add more than one task of diffrent time to the sheduler.
log File: Log file keep the record of all the printing work, that which file is succesfully printied or which file is failed to print.
Page Setting: Page Setting Gives You the Facility to select the number of copies you want to print of athe particuler file, you just select the file and enter the number of copies and press the ‘OK' button. |
