This is the Picasso Graphical User Interface Development System.

To run this, you must be using a Sun 3, Sun 4/Sparcstation, Decstation 3100, or Sequent Symmetry computer running Allegro Common Lisp and X windows V11 R4.  

The file installation-guide will explain how to install picasso.  You must 
add an account to your computer to install picasso.
